Q: Do your labor prices include parts?


A: No. Parts are additional to the labor quoted.

Q: How do you return completed pistols?


A: Pistols are returned to customers with the customer preferred company. Pistols must be shipped with insurance. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: At this time, MD Custom Machine only accepts money order and personal checks for payment. Allow seven days for a personal check to clear before pistol is returned.

Q: What payment schedule is expected for a project?

A: MD Custom Machine requires a 50% down payment and then total payment needs to be received at completion of project before the pistol is returned to customer.

Q: Do you install other sights than Heinie sights?

A: No. I feel Heinie Sights are the highest quality sights available on the market and they are they only sights I will install.

Q: Do you do work not listed on your price list?

A: Yes. If you are interested in custom work that is not listed; contact me for availability and price quote.

Q: What is your turn around time?

A: Currently turn around time is running 6-12 weeks depending on work required for your project.
